We create dining experiences that incorporate farmer's harvest, contemporary art and local Chefs and Producers.
Gladstone Hotel's annual Harvest Wednesdays Food Series is back! Connect with Ontario's growing season with farmer Sherry Patterson of Chick-A-Biddy Acres CSA—the heart and soul of the series. Collaborating with the 86 Common Collective, this season will be all about women in the food and beverage industry. For each dinner we will connect Sherry with a Chef, a Winemaker/Brewer, and an Artist. Collaboratively they will come up with a delicious meal and engaging talk that will break through typical dining narrative and touch on subjects such as inclusion, sustainability and the inspiring stories behind food.
A portion of all proceeds will go to FoodShare, a non-profit organization that works with communities and schools to deliver healthy food and food education.
Proud to be the first B-Corp certified hotel in Canada, the Gladstone Hotel upholds the highest standards in environmental performance, social responsibility and innovation through the arts, local food and drink and forward-thinking service and hospitality. We like to call it #wokehospitality.
