Harvest Table Dinner | June 20, 2018 | 7-10PM
A fried chicken picnic with La Banane’s & CXBO’s Brandon Olsen and Sarah Keenlyside. Featuring ciders by Eric Bordelet’s & Brickworks Cider House!

Vegetarian option available. Unfortunately, this dinner will not accommodate gluten-free, dairy free or vegan.

Owners of Chocolates X Brandon Olsen and Restaurant La Banane, and Toronto's ultimate foodie couple, Brandon Olsen and Sarah Keenlyside will be our featured Guest Chefs for the month of June! The couple has managed to combine both of their passions, food and art, and create two successful businesses. Olsen and Keenlyside will demonstrate what they do best for guests, while creating a delicious meal sourced from local producers!

Each Harvest Table Dinner is created by produce and meat dropped off the day before from a farmer at Chick-A-Biddy Acres CSA. The menu will be a surprise as it will be inspired by what is harvested that week. Every Harvest Wednesdays includes:

  • Cocktail hour in the Second Floor Gallery with passed appetizers

  • 3 courses, served family style in the Ballroom

  • 3 glasses of dry seasonal cider

  • A short talk from our featured chef + artist

  • Live music throughout the night

A portion of all proceeds will go to FoodShare, a non-profit organization that works with communities and schools to deliver healthy food and food education.

What is Harvest Wednesdays?
Our beloved Harvest Wednesday is back by popular demand! The Gladstone Hotel invites Toronto’s urbanites to experience our food philosophy through a series of Harvest Table Dinners inspired by and harvested in the natural rhythm of Ontario’s growing season. We will be teaming up with our favourite local chefs for a unique and inspired dinner. The night includes live music, inspiring talks, 2 glasses of local wine and a harvest table meal to remember.

What is Community Shared Agriculture (C.S.A.)
Community Shared Agriculture allows city residents to have direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally by regional farmers. When you become a member of a CSA, you're purchasing a “share” of vegetables from a regional farmer. It is a relationship of shared bounty and shared risk.
